Contact Mystiflights
Start with the guided trip-request form, email trips@mystiflights.com or call us when a planning question is better handled in conversation.

01
Prepare a stronger first conversation
Write down who is traveling, preferred dates, the reason for the trip, a comfortable pace and any accessibility or room needs. A clear brief lets the first planning conversation focus on meaningful choices.
If you do not yet know the exact destination or dates, say so. A range and a clear sense of what matters can be more useful than a premature decision that does not fit the travelers.
- Travelers and key needs
- Dates and flexibility
- Trip purpose and priorities
- Known constraints and open questions
02
Communication channels
For a new journey, the guided trip-request form is the most useful starting point because it keeps dates, travelers, priorities and requested services together. For an existing request or an operational question, email trips@mystiflights.com or call the public number shown on this page, and include your MFT reference when available.
The form is available at any time, while phone and email are best for questions that benefit from direct context. Mystiflights does not publish unsupported response-time or round-the-clock service promises.
03
Choose the easiest way to begin
Use Plan My Trip when you are ready to share the travelers, dates, destination ideas and priorities in one place. Email is useful for a concise question or for adding context to an existing MFT request. Call when a short conversation will be clearer than a long message.
Please do not send passport numbers, payment details or sensitive medical information by form, email or voicemail. We only need the planning context required to understand your trip and the choices ahead.
